BARTENDERS

If you are serving drinks, a professional bartender takes (some) of the liability from you.

They are trained to notice a person who is over their limit and they are not afraid to cut that person off. Not only will they stop serving the person, they will probably alert the venue that this person has had too much and to enlist the venue's help in making sure he or she is safe.

Having a guest leave your wedding and be an accident is not good for anyone... the Bride & Groom, the bartender, the venue or the guest.
